I received late and my customer …
I received late and my customer cancelled the order. I have now 8 cases in stock to sell :-(

I have investigated your concerns and can see that the delay was in relation to a delivery issue from TNT. Your address was not a deliverable one and they contacted you to gather your actual address. you are supposed to be able to use the …
you are supposed to be able to use the touchscrreen of your phone thru the case - it just didn't happen. Cooper cases refunded me promptly

It fit my older nook well
It fit my older nook well, which was primary. Secondarily, the upper left "tab," which helps hold the nook in place, covers the on/off button, which is inconvenient. Additionally, there is no "pocket," which my original nook holder had. This pocket was very convenient for storing notes, etc. However, it serves the primary purpose well.

Cooper Case - Most Innovative Tablet Case Design on the Planet!
Cooper case makes a great, innovative tablet case backed by FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. The fact that they have a designed a product that not only functions great, in terms of what I would view as "the basic function" of a tablet case, namely impact protection, and is also "UNIVERSAL" in terms of fitting a wide range of different tablet shapes and manufacturers, is truly a game changer in this market segment. In addition to a designing a great product , they also stand behind their QUALITY. I accidently broken the kickstand on my case and Cooper Caser sent me a replacement within a week, FREE OF CHARGE. Fantastic service!!!!
