It looks nice on my nightstand
It looks nice on my nightstand and charges my iPhone well. I don’t even need the silly little spacer block as my iPhone XS charges horizontally and vertically just fine without. Shipping was slow and I did have to give the screws a little tighten but that doesn’t bother me. I like it and wish more tech products these days would be made out of something more than just plastic. I love the wood and aluminum.

Cooper cases best for iPad!
Cooper cases best for iPad! In my opinion Cooper Cases provides the best keyboard case for iPad. It is affordable, I have paid more for another brand and it broke, and turns the iPad into a little laptop. I love it. Upgraded my iPad and purchased a second Cooper Case.

Repetetive responses that have nothing…
Repetetive responses that have nothing to do with the myriad problems. Not one word to help. "What is your order number is when i decided that the unit is more likely than not going back. I must add that the company very promptly and to my surprise sent out another case. I am impressed with the prompt way that my case was escalated to reach resolution. Perhaps my earlier review was a bit premature. Im looking forward to receiving a properly functioning item. Will keep you updated.
