Excellent product and customer service
Great looking case. Had a problem at first with language. With the help of customer service, I followed their directions and the problem is solved. Very easy to use.

Overall patient and professional
Overall patient and professional had issue with the original keyboard/case i purchased and reached out. working from home has made it difficult to send responses back in timely manner. They were patient and nice and kept reaching out to help me with my inquiry.

My second Cooper case
I purchased my second Cooper case for my Amazon HD 8. It's great to have an onboard blue tooth keypad for message, internet and other uses I'm still discovering. Customer service is very responsive and committed to resolving any issues you may have, either with the case itself or operation of the keyboard. Outstanding product!
