I think it’s not good idea to put an hat in a thin and small bag. The hat was crushed. I order an hat (42 $) not a pizza.

The shirts ordered for the team look okay per the design. The shirt is a bit thin, so I'm sure it will wear out quickly. Since this company doesn't offer customization viewing prior to processing, the 1" letters placed on the front in block stencil is awful in my eyes. The team is already searching for a way to add a larger name across the back, and we just got the package yesterday. In my opinion, not worth the cost.

The memorial plaque is just "ok". I thought from the picture it would be real wood and a little better quality. The holes for the collar are a little low. I had to bend and tie the collar tight with a rubber band on the back so the ID tags wouldn't hang off the actual plaque. The picture is alittle smaller than it looks online too. Not great tracking info along the process either. We still display the plaque proudly in our living room, but it's just "ok" not great.

I live in Seattle WA, I own and run a DJ/karaoke business, and have been doing so for 21 years. I wanted to update my review to properly reflect my total and honest experience with Coolspod from July to today 10/13/22. I have now bought a total of nine 3D DJ 5XL shirts and 1 hat to match. Some of which I have reviewed on the Coolspod site. During these orders I have made with Coolspod. I have had my share concerns. After all, I was dealing with a company I have never heard of before. One time an order seem to have went missing, and another took longer than expected. With some communication and patients on my end. My items have always got to me and they all fit and look as they should. Although the hat could of been a bit bigger. Also, there was a time the website did not give me my discount for buying more than 3 shirts. I emailed Lily at (support @ coolspod.freshdesk.com). (should be no spaces with @ but reviews do not allow links) It might of took a day or so to get a reply back. Once I got a email reply back from Lily. She said she refunded the discount I was supposed to receive and apologized. The next day, paypal reported that I received the refund from the discount. Ok, so not everything has gone perfect, BUT nothing and no one is perfect... What that said, It is my view that Lily and the Coolspod team has made every effort to correct any and all of my issues, and has done so to make sure people get what they need and want! If for some reason my shopping experience with Coolspod ever changes. This review will change too. With my current experience with Lily and the Coolspod team. I am happy to give 5 stars for all the time and effort that they given to me. I will buy more shirts in the future and hope maybe one day that there will be Karaoke 3D short to buy as well. ~Big John

Terrible customer service, can’t even get a response from them

It took some time to receive my tumbler, but that's expected with special orders. I bought it for my new positionat work so I could stop bringing water bottles everyday, and I absolutley love it! I have a pittie at home that's is the best girl ever, and this cup shows I'm an advocate for the breed!

I ordered item in 13 June, shipping said it would arrive June 26… I needed item for Fourth of July…of this year! I get it the 5th of July! They do not “deliver” what they promise. I will NEVER spend my hard earned dollars with them again! No reply from them when you send emails. Spend your money elsewhere.. if I could give negative 10, I would! They list their address as West Virginia, but obviously overseas somewhere as they use DHL for delivery service… scam!!
