The memorial plaque is just "ok". I thought from the picture it would be real wood and a little better quality. The holes for the collar are a little low. I had to bend and tie the collar tight with a rubber band on the back so the ID tags wouldn't hang off the actual plaque. The picture is alittle smaller than it looks online too. Not great tracking info along the process either. We still display the plaque proudly in our living room, but it's just "ok" not great.

I ordered a t-shirt for a bday gift. The website showed a great pic with perfect details on it that fit my son-in-law to a T...while the actual product looks fine, the picture is NOT what had been shown. For me, it was a 30.00 letdown, and also because no special t-shirt material has been used. after reading another review, i'm sorry it was made in china

It took over 3 months to get my order and I have to keep emailing to find out when it was coming. After I got them late. It was nice Quality. They just smelt very bad.

The lettering looked cheap and the t-shirt felt rough. Was definitely overpriced!

Sad to say, but had a bad experience. I ordered the grandma pumpkin shirts. Placed my order and a week later I received an update via email items has been shipped with a tracking number provided. Two weeks later no status on the tracking order other than "the shipping label has been prepared". Contact the company, they respond right away with a "sorry and will look into the shipping issue." But then, two days later no updates from the company regarding my concern. Reach out again, and requested for a refund. They responded back that my items were lost in transit and refunded me back. I'm disappointed, because the items were gifts. Had to scrambled and look for new gifts. It was a waste of my time.
