Ordered for my friend she loves it so do you will definitely order from here again

Sad to say, but had a bad experience. I ordered the grandma pumpkin shirts. Placed my order and a week later I received an update via email items has been shipped with a tracking number provided. Two weeks later no status on the tracking order other than "the shipping label has been prepared". Contact the company, they respond right away with a "sorry and will look into the shipping issue." But then, two days later no updates from the company regarding my concern. Reach out again, and requested for a refund. They responded back that my items were lost in transit and refunded me back. I'm disappointed, because the items were gifts. Had to scrambled and look for new gifts. It was a waste of my time.

I ordered a grandma’s pumpkin t-shirt and loved the design, but the pumpkins looked brown instead of orange. I had left a comment to that effect on their Facebook ad. They contacted me, asked me for a picture of my shirt, then had a new one made and shipped to me without me asking them! The new t-shirt has vibrant orange pumpkins and is very cute! I am very impressed with their customer service and quick response to my post. Excellent!!

I love my grandma pumpkin t-shirt, it came in a short time as I was told and made very nicely. Many times I've wanted to order items and have been afraid, but I'm glad I did this time!
