Took 4 weeks to get but awsome product

The product (darts t-shirt) is great. The time it takes to deliver could be greatly improved as it took nearly 4 weeks.

My tee order was made wrong & i notified cimpany & they redid it & is sending me a correct replacement.

This company has the best customer service I’ve experienced in at least the last 5 years. I ordered some custom door mats. Unfortunately, the print was a little messed up. I thought for sure that there was nothing to be done. Usually custom orders are final sales but, Lily at Coolspod was very kind when she addressed my concerns and reassured me that my FREE replacement will be up to par and delivered to my door at no cost to me. Mistakes happen; people are human but, Lily was accommodating and answered all my questions with a positive attitude and I left the conversation feeling better than I did when it started. Gold stars for Lily and Coolspod! I will definitely be ordering again soon!

The product was really great, names were spelled correctly and fit great in the area for personalization, however I wish there was a way to preview it with the personalizations. I probably would have selected a different color for the shirt once I saw how the finished product would have looked.

Although there was an issue with my order upon arrival, the company went above & beyond to correct the situation. Great customer service!

I would give 5 stars but I only received the tshirt. I have not received the phone case or cat print.

The shirt was very good quality. The only thing is that shipping could have been faster. This was during Covid though, so take it with a grain of salt.
