CoolspodReviews of coolspod.com

Great company, emailed cools-of regarding my confirmation, they responded to my email the next day, received my order in timely manner, beautiful shirt, great quality material, couldn't be happier with the product and customer service, Thank you

I ordered the train using my Shopify account which shipped it to an old address I haven't used. The new homeowner returned the product. When I contacted Coolspod, they offered to ship it to me a new one to my address. They were exceptionally responsive, quick to resolve the situation especially given that it wasn't either of our fault or issue. This meant a great deal as I would have been out of the $$ paid and I couldn't afford to buy another. I would absolutely buy from them again.

I am not sure why there are so many negative reviews. I ordered on 6/29 and it was delivered on 7/12. After I placed the order, I realized it was a weekend and a holiday week and that I would not in fact get the shirt when I needed it. I reached out to the company and the were very responsive stating its ready to be shipped. Not the end of the world, I should have allowed myself enough time/taken consideration of a holiday week/weekend. The shirt is great and an attention grabber for sure! I still pulled it out as a prank the day it was delivered and my husband loved it. Thank you!

The items were everything I hoped for

These are adorable ornaments Fast shipping and would recommend to anyone looking to buy these

Really like the tumblers that I ordered from you. I'm sure my family is going to enjoy them, I'm excited to give them as Christmas presents. I appreciate how quick I was able to get them after I placed my order.
