Ordered sweatshirts on Nov.27,2020 and have not had them delivered and tracking shows them not shipped yet! No one will respond to emails or texts!!! Wondering if this is even a legit company!!! Order#sc841292. Maybe a bad review will get a response??? Would not even give one star at this point!

It says it is manufactured and printed in the U.S.A but it isn't. I was told it was printed in Changhai

Bought a Christmas shirt, it was shipped within 1 week but NEVER received. When I tracked order it tracked for 3 days then stopped. When I contacted Coolspod they were NO HELP at all! The order number is #SC839848. If you track it, it was scanned on 12/3. It has had no update since then. USPS has no explanation.

My husband and I ordered a blanket for our oldest daughter, Upon getting the blanket we got the wrong item. I contacted customer service right away to let them know of the issue and they responded promptly and said our blanket replacement would be sent. I was worried that it would still be wrong because we changed the wording on the end a bit. We received the replacement exactly as we asked.
