I love, love, love this hat! It's my second one, and I bought the other one years ago. They hold their shape and keep the sun out. It's a good long term investment.

Great product, lightweight and this is my 3rd one. Wish they were cheaper.

COOLIBAR PERFECT TO BE COOL AND PROTECTED

Great product but Not so great experience with the delivery. I paid for expedited delivery (UPS Next Day Air) and did not received it on the estimated date. I received reimbursement after my constant request for status. The courier was not at fault as the fulfillment of the order was the issue. Finally when I got a firm response I was told (customer rep Alejandro) I was given the reimbursement as a curtesy. Nothing further from the truth. It is not a curtesy when the order was fulfilled and delivered late to the courier. The order was placed 10/11 before the cutoff. With expedited delivery I should have received by Tuesday at the latest. My recommendation is to be more alert and fulfill orders on a timely manner. Other than that, I’m super happy with your product and will definitively buy more. Expecting you guys to learn from your mistakes and own them. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Purchased two hats at L/XL sizing. Both were too small. Your sizing is way off. Returning cost me not only my first shipping fee plus a ding upon returning, totaling $20. Will never order again.

Beautiful coral shirt, as advertised, and exactly what I was looking for. Lovely fabric.

I love everything about this jacket...great skin coverage ...neck and hands....great color however the zipper works but with great effort...any suggestions? Would it be worth my time to send it back and try the same jacket again? dee zellinger

I have always enjoyed my Coolibar clothing. I am only giving one star on this review because I have not even received my order yet. How can you ask how things are when I don’t even have the product I feel this shows how the comments on customer service are not good is reinforced
