I need sun protection. The white hooded jacket was missing Zipper Pulls on both ends. The blue hooded jacket had a strange foul fabric smell plus a price increase replacement. No packing slip or return label included. Both returned, sadly.

This is the review of the Coolibar face shield The facial shield is terrible. I am a petite female , ordered the extra large and the EAR HOLDS ARE STILL TOO TIGHT! Plus the back strap forces it so close to you mouth that it slides into it. I cut off the back strap and will have to ass the fabric to the ear holds. I do NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT.

It came on the day they said it would. Great quality, and the size and color were true!

Quality Product! I have purchased many items from Coolibar. The products are well made, good fit, and a nice selection of formats and fabrics. The few times something didn’t turn out as I thought, return and/or exchange was easy and swift.

Fast shipping. Shirt is light weight and moves freely.

One of my items arrived damaged. I called customer service and spoke with a very polite representative who made sure I would receive a replacement item. The entire experience was very positive and (apart from the initial length of the wait before someone picked up, which was several minutes) was a model of good customer service.
