Bought a glove in my holidays and they said it would come in 1-2 business days. It took 11 days. I wasn’t there anymore therefore I didn’t get the gloves. I paid an express delivery and it took that long.

I ordered 4 hoodies and only received 3. They said they would send a replacement but it has never arrived. I would never buy from them again because they shortchanged me and also if you try to contact them you can only get thro to an AI assistant.

The customer service is extremely poor. Any issue with your order is met with an automated AI response that essentially says they cannot help. It feels like they’re only focused on taking money without regard for customer satisfaction.

The experience was fine, but the product was not very good. I purchased white crop pants and the fabric is way too thin. I have had other SPF 50 pants that were a better quality.
