Quero destacar o excelente serviço de assistência da COOLGEEK relativamente ao leitor de CD M1. Tive um problema com o aparelho e a forma como trataram de tudo foi simplesmente impecável — rápidos, atenciosos e sempre disponíveis. Foram realmente 5 estrelas na resolução do problema. Quanto ao produto, além de ter um design muito bonito e moderno, o som é espectacularmente bom. Superou claramente as minhas expectativas. Recomendo tanto o leitor COOLGEEK M1 como a marca pela qualidade e pelo apoio ao cliente!

The customer service rep,CiCi C., made this one of the most pleasant experiences I've had with a company's customer support team. My purpose for reaching out was due to a missing item on my recent purchase.CiCi was expedient and affable with her communications from start to finish.The missing part arrivedin a timely fashion and I'll give her credit for that as well.

Product did not work out of the box . Took weeks and videos and photos to prove it . Would not allow return , needed to wait 10 days to get a replacement board. I like the product after part replaced , unique , compact

I received my CD player in a reasonable timeframe. Unfortunately the box was damaged in transit which damaged the frame. I reported this same day & received a reply to say the part would be replaced. The replacement part arrived very quickly with no issues. Overall experience was very good & couldn’t fault the service I received. Would recommend.

Aside from the beautiful product I have to thank the customer service. The CD player we receive was struggling and making some glitching noise but CoolGeek react quickly and send a new one which worked perfeclty. Defintely would recommend it and think about it in case of a gift.

Brilliant product, didn’t realise you would need an external speaker so I contacted customer service who were excellent. By the way it does tell you that an external speaker is needed in the blurb which I missed. Love the design, I bought it for that really.

I can not review the product since I did not receive it due to the carrier being sub par. After trying and failing to get the package delivered for 2 weeks I asked to get a refund. This was agreed upon and promised within a few working days. That was 3 weeks ago but despite several contacts with support, always promptly and politely answered I still don’t see the money in my account.
