My first experience with Coolframes: just received my glasses and they were perfect. As a result I immediately ordered a polarized pair. I specifically asked for Samantha to assist me again with this second order - great service from her just like the first time. It is true, you only get one chance to make a first impression - I had a positive one and came back with second order!

Could call company and speak to a real person. Original price didn’t include all items on my prescription. Delivery time took a little longer than I expected. But they bumped delivery status up to priority. I would order from them again.
