I broke my old frames, Cool Frames had the exact ones, prefect match, old lenses popped right in. It did take over a week to get a shipping label and then another two days to get to the post office, because I broke my old glasses and there was no custom lenses to be made, I would have apricated a slightly quicker turn around. At the end of the day I am happy about my purchase.

I ordered customized glasses from cool frames a week after ordering ones from the local optometrist. I received the ones from cool frames earlier. The glasses were great and service was excellent and efficient. Will buy again.

It would've been a five star rating but the glasses I picked showed as being available online but were out of stock. The wait to get them in stock was really long. The customer service guy who answered my calls was really professional and respectful. The only other complaint I have is the the picture online made them appear more square/rectangular than they are. In not sure I'm in love with the cat eye shape, but love the details, bling and quality. Going to wear them a week to see if I can get used to the shape or if I need to return them for something more square/rectangular.

waited 3 weeks befor i got my glasses delivered but since no one knew when they would come ,that day there was no one to pay the duties so they went back to seller so i had to wait another month to locate them so i wasn't going to wait another 3 week after they located them so i got charged restocking fees terrible service would not recomend this company to anyone my order was placed march 7 and got a partial refund may 9

Frames were exactly what I ordered and fit perfectly. This frame was a replacement for my existing frames that were broken. Price was good , delivery took about two weeks which I didn’t think was too bad. Overall very satisfied. Would order from Cool Frames again in the future.

I loved my first glasses but I ordered a pair of prescription sunglasses and they was way to light. Called for an exchange for darker lenses and she said couldn’t exchange but I read you could in the exchange policy. 🤷♀️🤦♀️
