When I originally worked out the order of the glasses, the process was interactive and great. When somebody just sat on them (14 months later) and broke the frames CoolFrames no longer stocked the frames but went to the manufacturer and got a set! That is outstanding service! I am due for cataract surgery later this year and my next glasses order will be with CoolFrames!

I ordered two items from Cool Frames and got a response back that one wasn't available and that I could pick another one, get refunded or wait until it is in stock. I chose to be refunded and send the other item i ordered. Haven't received my refund and got my first item with a receipt that both will be sent but don't know when that will be. This was notified to me 3-22-2018 and have been charged the full amount with no refund.
