Amazing New Eyewear
The eyewear was not available locally, so finding this site, and the frames was true serendipity. The price was excellent, customer service also excellent, and shipping was quick. I have had corrective lenses made, and happily wear the frames. I have been told that I look quite nice! Never one to turn down a compliment....Thanks CoolFrames.

Delivered broken frames - no refund
Expensive frames ($188) were delivered broken. Unacceptable customer service. Requested refund when replacement process was taking too long. 6 weeks later have not received refund (or replacement). Now disputing with credit card company.

My glasses arrived and they were crooked. I contacted cool frames and the told me to go get them adjusted at a local optical store. Really??? Poor after product support and customer service.
Response from Cool FramesJun 15, 2018
Hi Sandra, Local optical stores will almost always adjust your glasses for no charge at all. I understand how it may have came across, we would certainly be able to adjust them for you, but I am sure whomever you spoke to had the interest of your time in mind, as shipping back and forth to us would leave you without glasses for a while. If that’s not something you mind, please feel free to write to us and we will help you out.

THEY SEND MY PRODUCT TO THE WRONG ADDRESS . I PAID FOR THE PRODUCT AND DID NOT RECIEVE IT. SO IM OUT THE MONEY AND THE PRODUCT.
Response from Cool FramesJun 15, 2018
Hi Glenn, Our shipping labels are automatically printed based on the information entered at the checkout, there is no manual process on our end. Please e-mail us and we will see how we can help you. Unfortunately if the address was entered wrong, or if the post office was not able to deliver, that is a little beyond our control but we would be happy to help.
