thank you for you order with our store. We always align the frame to be straight when it leave our store, however it ay sometimes need an adjustment when received by our customers. If you decide that you would like to exchange the frame by all means that accommodation will be made. please keep in mind that you have a one year warranty for both frame and lenses. Lee

Was so happy to find the frames in my size as they were discontinued here & there......they fit so nice & I don’t know why such a nice frame was discontinued Just can’t afford the progressive lenses just yet.......probably thru Walmart as my previous provider. Locally
