Everything went as planned this will be my 3rd purchase Always as ordered quick ,friendly and fast

I ordered some sunglasses off the website it was advertised as being in the UK , however once placed my ordered to be told that they where being shipped from the USA , glasses arrived which were not the ones which I had ordered to my disappointment as they were a Christmas gift for my partner, ,A lady with the name of Mia who I had spoken to, said that these where the ones I had ordered , she was not very helpful to me so I have since sent the goods back and are now awaiting a full refund. do not deal with this company.

User friendly website with excellent quality images of a wide range of specs and clear specifics upon ordering. Not ordering from USA before I overlooked the custom tax payable on delivery to UK which added£25 to my £135 for a classy Flexon semi rimmed. Still fantastic value as i had high index/ polish prescription lenses. I was overjoyed with their fit, straight out of the box with no adjustment necessary, so comfortable to wear. All communications and questions were swiftly dealt with and 10 days from order to receiving - very pleasing procedure all round.

Loved the frames, they fit nice and snug on my face. Price was greatly less than at an optic office. I appreciate your having this product to choose from. Sincerely, B. Murphy

Prompt delivery. Got what I ordered.

I wished you had told me that I had to be home to SIGN for it with my signature to get the parcel. It was delayed by almost a week because I wasn't home to sign for it and they wouldn't put it in front of my door. This was a hassle.

I am a retired optician with over 40 years of experience. Even when I was working, I had a very difficult time finding frames for my husband. He requires a very large size frame made out of titanium because of skin issues. I liked that I could search the site by material and gender. I actually looked at every men's titanium frame that was on the site. I did have questions that were handled promptly and professionally. Ultimately, I purchased 2 frames, one for daily wear and one for his computer pair. I thought the prices were very fair for the quality of the frames. I chose to have lenses made locally, and both pair are working perfectly. He is very happy. I plan on visiting again for future needs.

The price was fair and my glasses were as expected. I couldn't give more stars because shipping was slow. Additionally I was not aware that the delivery required a signature and this turned out to be a big hassle. In the end I had to wait in line at the post office during the holidays to pick them up.
