Fast and accurate!!

When I ordered over the phone an invoice was sent via email with order instructions and payment information. I sent it back the next day and 5 days later my part was shipped. Great service.

upon receipt of the order in The Netherlands, I had to pay duty charges of 22.5€, if I had known I wouldn't have ordered from the US. maybe some comments should be added regarding international orders and possible tax charges.

I am please with my experience with this transaction. My frames showed up as expected, and I am very pleased with the fit. They look great.

BEYOND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE & GLASSES We ordered glasses which we were told were in stock - only to find out that they weren't after waiting 6 weeks for them to arrive ZERO communication from coolframes.com. Once the glasses finally came in, they were fine except THE LOGO CAME OFF WITHIN WEEKS! I was told I would need to pay for shipping back to them as well. HORRIBLE! HOORIBLE! HOOOOOOORIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. WILL NEVER EVER SHOP WITH THEM AGAIN.

CoolFrames.com was my worst experience ordering frames ever. Upon ordering I enquired about stock. They lied to me and said it was in stock. Order was dispatched after a week. It took over 3 months to get to me and I paid $54 for express international shipping. HORRIBLE customer service when raising the issue. I was keen to save a few dollars by ordering through them. Not worth it.
