If you want glasses that you cannot see…
If you want glasses that you cannot see with use this company. No follow customer service. The manager Alex will not call when he states he will. You will lose your money.They stated they called below. They NEVER called me.It might be easier to use locals not this company. Read the 100% guarantee . That's so untrue.If the prescrition is good why can't my son see. How can you resolve a problem like this without being charged for all changes.Do not buy prescritions with a company that won't work with you.

We have tried to verify everything that we can verify on our end, which is to check the prescription you've provided and compare against the prescription that was manufactured by the laboratory. Unfortunately we were unable to find any discrepancies with the lenses that were made for your order, and with the prescription you've provided to us. We wanted to reach out to you to have the lenses dotted where the pupils are, and also so we can inspect them physically in person and isolate what the issue could possibly be. Got the same D&G glasses from Macy's
Got the same D&G glasses from Macy's. The Cool Frames pair weighs 10% less at 30.6 grams & is clearly poorer quality. They charged a $40 restocking fee to return the glasses they sent. They were probably fake but at minimum were B grades. Just pay more & get legit glasses. Update: order # 1193610 Called & spoke to representative on June 15th via phone to explain the poor quality. Samantha was dismissive & didn't want to see the photos of the poor quality glasses you sent. Poor quality glasses, followed up by worse customer service from Samantha.

The restocking fee is assessed by the manufacturer for returning the merchandise to them, and we have no control over the assessment if it is determined there were no defects or exchanges for the order. Silhouette
I always order my frames from Coolframes. Mainly because I like the Silhouette models and Coolframes always have the latest models. Also I can trust Coolframes. My queries re size, colour, etc. are always answered promptly and clearly. When the order is dispatched, I can follow every step. When delivery is promised on a certain date - it always arrives on that date and in perfect condition. I wouldn't order my frames from anyone else. Another Big plus they are cheaper than I can buy Silhouette in Australia.

Not keen on the 20% restocking fee
Not keen on the 20% restocking fee. Got a replacement part, left temple, Silhouette frame, and the color didn’t match. My frame faded and new temple of the correct color was noticeably different. Had to return temple part.

Unfortunately as authorized retailers with our manufacturers, they do assess a 20% restocking fee for items that are returned to them; alternatively you can have the part exchanged for a credit for the full value of the item. Good price, Good service, Found what I wanted.
About four months after getting new lenses for my favorite frames, the frames broke and could not be fixed. Because I had them for over four years, there was no warranty. I found the same frame at CoolFrames.com for a very good price, less than I paid four years ago at my eye doctor's office.
