HORRIBLE SERVICE! And I was a first time customer! This is a BATE and SWITCH company. They advertised and I ordered brown leopard frames and they sent me black and silver glitter speckled frames! Then said I chose them when I called to exchange them and told me I had to send them pictures of what I received before they would give me authorization to return them.....really? Then LATER told me THE FRAMES i ORDER WERE DISCONTINUED A LONG TIME AGO and they no longer have the brown leopard frames. But thats what they showed and listed and what I ordered! Now they're making me pay for return AND charging me 20% return fee! BS!! Reporting to BBB in both states. All 5 locations of my vision provider have removed this company from their referral list, that I have been with for 20 years! Not recommended!

The trouble with online ordering glasses is getting a precise fit. They are too tight! Also I thought I ordered progressive bifocals and received lined bifocals. Otherwise they are beautiful frames, just what I wanted.

Exactly what I expected- had waited for a bigger discount but after a month got tired of waiting and then they had free lenses.

Any questions they responded quickly. Glasses and lenses were very nice.

I'm normally very cautious buying online and was particularly sceptical considering that i was ordering from the US and shipping to Australia. As I could not find any other local shop or website selling the frames I accidentally broke, I decided to give it a go and was not disappointed. I used the regular airmail and took about 2 weeks to deliver with tracking so I could see it progress from the US through to Australia. It was packaged well and the simple but complimentary Christmas wrapping was a nice touch.
