I am very happy with the customer…
I am very happy with the customer service of cool frames .i called and told them that I lost my glasses over the weekend and asked if they could duplicate what I bought over the summer.i was happily surprised when my new glass arrived by the end of the week

Name brand glasses for 1/2 price
Great prices, and available namebrand options. I bought the exact same pair of frames that I tried on at brick and mortar store for 1/2 the price. Only drawback was the 7-10 days to get them.

Good service
Good service, Eyeglasses frame was what I was looking for, took advantage of free shipping to Canada, a little higher in price than other sites, however, but they do reply to your concerns in a timely manner

Glasses damaged no help given
Glasses arrived damaged due to very poor packaging (glasses case in box 4x as big without padding). Asked for a replacement but was told to go to a local optometrist to get them fixed.
