My name is Michael and I have recently placed 2 separate orders for 3 magnificent stunning Persol frames. I look forward to receiving my order. There are no words to describe the warmth and kindness all of the individuals that I recently spoke with over the phone regarding my recent orders. Unfortunately in life we are all too quick to find blame and criticize. It would be nice if we could all extend our appreciation and extend the " COMPLIMENTS" that so many individuals deserve yet never receive. I personally got great service, just do your research if buying in the UK. They will come from the US so may take a little longer and you will have to pay customs (around £20) to get them. But overall, i got updated when the lenses were ordered and updated again when they were shipped. They were also the only place I could find that had the exact frames I wanted so the additional wait and customs fee were acceptable to me.... maybe stick to the UK if you can find what you locally. Glasses are great so no complaints from me!

I ordered Vera wang eyeglasses in the style V549. I ordered them on July 1st and just received them today on July 27th. So far they seem to have the accurate prescription. I think they could have done a better job at packaging the glasses to prevent breakage during shipping even though mine came in fine. All that was in the box was my glasses in the case, wrapped in tissue paper. I think there should have been bubble wrap in the box, this would prevent all the negative reviews about glasses coming in broken. Reading the reviews of cool frames made me skeptical about ordering these designer frames from them, but so far I’m glad that I did.

I make an order on 02 of July 20 today is 27th and and have not received any, call them 4 times since, no tracking or useful information, poor customer service.

Very little customer service.

We ordered glasses on July 2, 2020. I understand there is a pandemic going on but as of today July 24, 2020. No glasses. Said it was to be delivered 21, then 22 and then all tracking went blank until I called. I live in AZ and some how they went to puerto rico. And all the customer service agent said tracking was updated and you should have them by tomorrow. How screwed up is that not sorry nothing. Did not offer to look into why they went to Puerto Rico Nothing buyer beware. My luck the glasses will be crap.

So far I am not impressed. I will rate them again if they can redeem themselves in my eyes. First frames I ordered the color did not look at all like the picture on their website or like the ones I tried on in a shop. Returned with order for different frames. After 10 days I contacted them to find out the status and was told they would be shipping the following week. That week I got an email saying the frames I picked had been discontinued. I am now on my 3rd go-round. While none of these are horrendous occurrences all together they did lead to frustration and lack of confidence. Their communications need to be more timely and their inventory needs to be kept up to date.
