Shipping took absolutely forever, communication was terrible and now they want to charge me some bogus restocking fee. Definitely will not be buying from them again.

They have a restocking charge of 20%!!! I ordered a few pairs and kept one. I asked for a break on the restocking charge which they agreed to in an email to me and then reneged. Beware!

Exactly what I ordered and arrived in record time.

Found the exact frames that I wanted for a fair price

Glad I could find the John Lennon frames that I had in europe. Delivery was pretty quick and frames are, of course, quality made.

My Bebe eyeglass frames arrived on time and in excellent condition. The frames are genuine and look exactly like the frames I purchased in the past. Thank you, Cool Frames!

I love these frames, this is the third pair I’ve bought over the last ten years. I manage to break them every few years so they aren’t the most durable but I mostly blame it on my own clumsiness. Shipped quick.

I have tried other websites for frames and it was such a hassle I thought I would give you guys a try. I was very surprised at how quick and easy it was And I will totally come back to purchase from you!
