Cool FramesReviews of coolframes.com

Frames were exactly what I ordered lenses were top not and prescription was almost perfect. They came in a very timely matter and were way cheaper then any optometrist I could find. Definitely recommend.

Not Cool! Other e-eye glass vendors have much better policies re returns.

I like the frames a lot, but I paid extra for blue light filter on the lenses and it doesn’t seem like they have that. Save the $5 and don’t get blue light because it won’t make a difference. Beyond that, the frames and the lenses were super affordable, I’m glad I could find these because I had them in the past and they’re very flattering.

Poor. Very poor. Had to send my glasses back because they sent me the opposite of what I ordered. I had to throw my glasses to the side and order from some where else which now I am satisfied by Pearl vision. Never again, I will order from cool frames. Then on top of it the frames were fake. Smh

I have used Cool Frames twice...once for just frames and once for complete set of glasses...frames + lenses. I am very satisfied. I received exactly what I ordered at considerable savings over other storefront optical stores. Their customer service was top notch. I would use them again.

Really straight forward, and do as they say! I accidentally ordered a pair of Ic! Berlin's that where too large, they quickly helped me get new ones, no hassle no problem. I paid the return shipping which seemed fair. Only feedback would be to add a page that helps customers figure out what size frames are too large or too small. Something simple. Beyond that, great!

Received my glasses timely and at a great price! Thank you!

I had never ordered frames from a place like this before, so I wasn't sure what to expect, but I knew which frames I wanted and ultimately I was very satisfied with the service. The frames were affordable and they came within the estimated shipping time. They arrived in good shape and have held up so far (four months or so). If I want specific frames again, I'll probably use CoolFrames again (and I may want these same frames again, if they are still available).
