Pretty good! Shipping took a little longer than some of the other online stores for eyewear but the frames look great, the lenses were very light with the correct prescription! I can see clearly! Yay! The only thing that would make a better user experience would be to have the tracking number sent out or attached once the item has been shipped. It was not, so I had to email customer service which is really an extra unnecessary step. They provided the tracking number which could be automated.

I feel that you could benefit by concentrating on getting me my existing order rather than spamming me for future orders. I still don't have my frames or a clear date by which I could expect them...
