Cool FramesReviews of coolframes.com

Fast accurate processing and delivery, great sale prices. Will shop again.

I buy prescription frames (with no lenses) every month for several years. Every site seems to say they have it in stock, only to make me wait 3-8 weeks. Because it's NOT in stock but rather (supposedly) in stock at the mfr. Cool frames site tells you what is in stock and available for shipment TODAY. I honestly didn't believe it so I called customer service who was super nice and so I ordered my products, paid for next day air service, and received them the very next day. I will start all my searches at cool frames from this point on.

I didn’t like that the frames I chose were 100$ cheaper on any other site.

I tried to order my glasses online but had questions so… I called CoolFrames twice, 2 different issues. Eton and Lee was both very helpful and pleasant. I received my glasses last week, Silhouette frames, and they fit as well as my last Silhouette framed glasses, which I have had for 20 years. I was worried about ordering glasses online but, I must say, I have been pleasantly surprised.

SO QUICK in shipping! Great product, good customer service!

Glasses are great. Shipping was faster than I expected (kinda - see further down) Whoever packed them up tho really needs retrained as they just dumped a bunch of junk (like the trash they have left over from the manufacturing process, blank lenses etc) in the box along with a case too small for the glasses. The glasses were sitting in the case unable to close so they knew it was too small and sent it anyway. Shame really. They are shipping a replacement case to be fair, although not even a hint of apology at all when I reported it, so I just hope it is here in time for christmas. I paid £24 extra for shipping and I don't think I got value for that since order won't be complete by the time regular shipping would have arrived. Update: I received the replacement case. Unbelievably they sent the same small case again that they sent the first time. After all this messing around I will not be receiving what I paid for until the New Year when I paid £24 expedited shipping to be SURE the Xmas present arrived in plenty of time (initial package arrived 12/12). I simply asked for the case I paid for to be sent out and for my expedited shipping to be refunded since I still don't fully have my purchase and they said they could only send a new case "as a courtesy" but not refund the shipping. A manager was supposed to contact me regarding the shipping but hasn't. Not once in this whole process has a single staff member said anything remotely approaching an apology or regret at the situation. It feels very much like they feel them simply resolving their mistakes is a burden I am putting on them unfairly.

Good quality service. Fast turn around knowing it's the Holiday Season too.

JOE Joseph Abboud JOE4085 Eyeglasses I purchased Joe style frames. I already had a pair previously and lost them. The prescription is on the money. I will be buying another color from this line next year.
