Let me just share this email exchange: Your marketing email: Order today. If you’re not 100% satisfied, you can exchange or return your order for free. Me replying to that marketing email: Hello, coolframes/policy/returns.html Are these your correct return policies? Your representative: Thank you for contacting us, Yes, that is correct, the return policy is listed on our website. Me: So why does this email say "Backed by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. Exchange or return your order for free."? You: We order all of our frames directly from the manufacturers specifically for our customers. If you are returning the frames, there would be a 20% restocking fee. Me: You didn't answer my question. Is this email false advertising then? Please explain what is meant by "Backed by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. Exchange or return your order for free." You: Please advise where it says Exchange or return your order for free, that is not in our policies. Me: Literally this email. First message that I replied to to start this conversation. You: *no response* This is false advertising. I will be reporting this to the BBB as well as documenting it on review platforms.

Not very pleased with how long it’s been taking to receive the glasses. It’s been over 2 weeks now and the tracking number is still saying 7 days for delivery. Wouldn’t buy from this site again

After a horrible 1-month king experience with another website (everything kept getting cancelled or delayed or “lost” in shipment then I had to fight for refunds), I ordered from Cool Frames instead. Received the frames within just a few days with ZERO issues. Even got some rewards/credit $$ that I’ll use for my next purchase! Thank you 💯

These glasses are exactly as described and reasonably priced. I will definately purchase from Coolframes again! Love my authentic frames!!!
