Price was better than anywhere else. Had a few product issues that needed additional information and customer service was prompt with responding to emails. Updated shipping charges were resolved very quickly. Item shipped in half the time quoted. Will order from Cook's Direct again.

My order is back ordered from Dec to April but the problem is at the manufacturers and Cook's Direct has given good updates to probable delivery date.

Product arrived eventually. I was not kept up to date regarding delivery status once I placed the order. I was charged $100 for delivery with a lift gate, but delivery person did not use a lift gate and informed me that the lift gate was not noted on the delivery instructions or invoice.

Michael, I'm sorry to hear that your order was charged for a lift gate and was not actually used. I'll push this over to customer service and they will verify the freight charges and refund you any unnecessary fees that were charged. Normally liftgate is charged when the product is stated as liftgate required. If the shipping company does not utilize the liftgate, both parties (you and us) should not be charged the fee! Cook'sDirect prices were the best along with their fast reasonably priced shipping. There was a mistake with my order (maybe because of busy holiday season?) and they sent me an incorrect item but were quick to respond and send out my correct item immediately. They sent me a prepaid return label for me to send back the incorrect item as well. I highly recommend shopping here and will definitely shop here again!
