The purchase & shipping were fine. The product, a Matfer black steel frying pan, warped on the bottom after one use on my glass flat top range, rendering it useless. I followed all instructions for seasoning & cooking. I have written to Cooks Direct, just yesterday & haven't heard from them yet. If this resolved, I will rate them as 5 stars.

I bought an induction cook top on Cooks Direct to replace a dead unit. I have come to expect quick delivery on internet orders, and hoped for a speedy replacement. When there was no unit or shipment information after a week, I called and was told that it would ship in a couple more weeks. It ended up arriving the following week (a bit over two weeks after ordering it). The cook top was fine and what I ordered. The price was good. Just don't order here if you need it right away.
