I've been trying to get a refund back for several weeks now, but sometimes it's days before I receive an email back or a call back from the person I am in direct contact with. They have my new card # and my order information, so I'm not sure why the holdup. I just want my refund please!

I purchased a pan for my mom at Christmastime. I knew it was backordered and wouldn't be delivered until April. My mom decided the pan was too big to fit into her cupboard and asked me to cancel the order. I did, asking that I be notified when the credit was put through. I had to call back, only to be told that "I'm sure we already put through the credit," although she had no paperwork to indicate that. I just received my credit card bill, and there is the charge I had been asked to be cancelled. All in all, not the best experience!

I ordered a frying pan as a Christmas gift for my sister in law that can't be shipped for 5 months due to production demand. I asked on your web site whether I could get a gift certificate for it and had no response. Finally, I called the service number and was told that you didn't have a gift certificate for it. It seems like you should offer such a service, especially with such an extended wait time for a product.

It was easy to place the order and I am looking forward to actually receiving the product. The bad news is the very long back order delay - I am not gong to receive my purchase until February (ordered in mid December).

The item I ordered was on an estimated 4 month back order status. Despite this my card was charged at the time of my order. Most vendors I deal with on line only charge for an item when it is ready to be shipped. I subsequently cancelled the order for a full refund.

I ordered and received a KitchenAid Commercial 8-quart bowl from them. While I have received the mixer already, their website state that it'll ship in 2-3 business days but didn't happen. I think this is because the order is being completed by KitchenAid directly and not from Cook's Direct. So I never received a tracking order or any status of my order and shipment until one day it showed up on my doorstep.From a customer standpoint that's was very lacking. In the meanwhile I also learned that they do not honor the warranty but want you to deal with KitchenAid directly if any problems occur. It seems they are only a middle man that takes orders and passes them along.

Ivan, our KitchenAid products ship directly from our warehouses and I do apologize for you not receiving a tracking number as this process is automated. Sometimes customers receive the tracking email but it goes into their SPAM folder and it creates an unfortunate experience. All warranties for products such as KitchenAid are honored through the manufacturer as you have a 1 year with them. They are great at supporting their warranty so I would strongly suggest utilizing them if you have any questions. Only received half my order... Still waiting for fry pan. Had I been aware that they didn't have them in stock I would have gone elsewhere!

Fay, I do apologize for the frying pan issue and unfortunately this is a nationwide issue as the pan has received accolades in several magazines, rendering it out of stock virtually everywhere on the internet. Once we get more stock we will be shipping these out promptly and I assure you it will be worth the wait. Sorry for the delay!
