Still Waiting
I ordered a skillet for a birthday gift in early August, got an email it was back ordered and wouldn't ship until more than a month later. Still not received. Offered me a discount on my next order! What's wrong with giving the discount on the order they can't fill timely?

Hi Eve! This Matfer frying pan is unfortunately out of stock everywhere and virtually every retailer is waiting for more stock from the manufacturer. The Cook's Illustrated article generated quite an overwhelming response and we're anxiously waiting for more stock from Matfer, the manufacturer. I'd love to help you out if you want to discuss more about it as I am very willing to work on making sure you are happy with your order. At the current time, we're still scheduled to receive them in small batches in the next month or so and we will be promptly shipping them out as we receive them.
