Never use this company.
There are so many great restaurant/ cooking equipment restaurants out there that have great policies and prices, unfortunately this is not one. Very poor product descriptions that are misleading, very poor customer service to top that off. Not going into a lot of detail, just would advise others to shop around and avoid this company cooks direct at all costs.

shippiing costs way too high
shipping cost way too high and shipping is exceptionally lethargic.

My item is backordered, never informed, still waiting
My item is back ordered eventhough it is posted as in stock, never informed, still waiting information after two weeks. This is very rare experience at online purchase.

where's the product
how long does it take to get the product out for shipping? ordered a hot/cold bag the first of June it is now the 21st and still nothing. no word if it's on back order or any response what so ever. how many people does it take to put a bag in a box with a shipping label.

Order charged but not sent.
I ordered a pan from this company at least ten days before Christmas. My card was charged for the order but as of yet, I have not received the item.

Deceptive customer information/communications
The website implied the item ordered was in stock and would be shipped immediately. After a couple of weeks when the item had not arrived, I called and was told that the item was back ordered and would not be available for about 4 and one half months. In the meantime my credit card was charged and I was not asked if I would like to cancel the purchase. In fact I had to call to find out the problem. Just recently I saw the same item online from another dealer, ordered it and got it in two days. In such a case I should have been informed that there would be a substantial delay and asked if I would like to cancel my order. Also my credit card should not have been charged until the item was shipped. I consider that the behavior of the dealer was unethical.

Disappointed
I placed an order in Nov. for an item that was apparently back ordered. I was very disappointed that they would charge my credit card for an order that supposedly won't ship until April. Most companies charge your card once your order has shipped.
