delivery seems a bit slow

I placed an order but my exact order didn't appear in the order review. I've had to contact customer service to be sure I'm getting what I thought I ordered.

I am very disappointed with my order. I ordered Personalized Motocross Racer Christmas Ornaments for my son and husband and was expecting a 3D plastic bike replica but instead received a 2 sided image encased in plastic. The image on the website does not accurately reflect the product and the cost is unreasonable for what was received. I placed the order on my cell phone and the product detail is conveniently located below the place order button. No tracking was provided and no confirmation of delivery was received and I found the package burried in snow on my front step the day after it delivered despite it being small enough to fit in my mailbox a few steps away. I would reccommend having actual pictures of the product on your website and include the product details close to the images. It would also be benefical to provide tracking and use a carrier that will place the package in mailbox or close to the front door.
