When I want to view my order, in the receipt email, what pops up is the generic photo and not my personalized order. I am worried that what will be delivered to me is the generic item. The receipt of what I ordered, in other words, is not what I ordered

Expedited shipping means 2 weeks. Worse part is that the item looks nothing like what I ordered. A just ridiculous amount of time and spent in this gift. Don't ever do it.

Billed for two pillow cases and both have the wrong images on them. I was double charged. The case was supposed to be 1 of my granddaughter and her deceased grandfather. I will call Paypal and my credit card company in the morning if you cannot take care of this.

This is just my personal opinion. The product received in no way represents what they show on their web site. Poor quality, name virtually illegible. Very disappointed in quality of key chain. I actually think it is "RUBBISH"

Conzoll. Buyer beware.... bought a custom doormat. Thought it was cute added our pet names. Turns out it's not a doormat. It's more like a soft little bath mat. (Silky, no texture, no grip) Definitely NOT a doormat. If people attempted to wipe their feet and the front door they'd slip and fall. Terrible product. Can't return because it's custom.
