I was looking forward for some time to the delivery of this company's cute doormat with images of my cats on it. The design is adorable and came as shown. However, texture-wise, this product is more a thin little blanket than a doormat. There is no way it's going to survive having visitors wipe their feet on it, and should be advertised as a wall hanging, not a doormat. Sadly, it simply isn't worth the price, the trouble, and the wait.

Colors were way off, with deep contrasts that are not in the original picture. Cant hang this on my wall. Shipping took several weeks, a big let down when it finally arrived.

I ordered two schnauzer dog key chains April 11. I have not received the items or even that they have been shipped.

I want to make changes, I was not able to do it

I am very disappointed with my order. I ordered Personalized Motocross Racer Christmas Ornaments for my son and husband and was expecting a 3D plastic bike replica but instead received a 2 sided image encased in plastic. The image on the website does not accurately reflect the product and the cost is unreasonable for what was received. I placed the order on my cell phone and the product detail is conveniently located below the place order button. No tracking was provided and no confirmation of delivery was received and I found the package burried in snow on my front step the day after it delivered despite it being small enough to fit in my mailbox a few steps away. I would reccommend having actual pictures of the product on your website and include the product details close to the images. It would also be benefical to provide tracking and use a carrier that will place the package in mailbox or close to the front door.

Not sure if my order has got my picture on it ?looking back my order it has the one you advertised,I hope this not the case ,not if my picture was up loaded??

It said it was delivered but I have not saw it.

I couldn’t read the birth date or death date
