Hello I had good experience, I love your Product. I only had a small trouble to track my order through your shop with the order number. I put the number in and it said no number found. But I do love shopping at your shop, thank you.

I was looking forward for some time to the delivery of this company's cute doormat with images of my cats on it. The design is adorable and came as shown. However, texture-wise, this product is more a thin little blanket than a doormat. There is no way it's going to survive having visitors wipe their feet on it, and should be advertised as a wall hanging, not a doormat. Sadly, it simply isn't worth the price, the trouble, and the wait.

The company keeps sending confirmation of my purchase but with a different dog in the photo. I wrote to them about 7 times and got a response that my dog would be on the pillowcase BUT THEY SENT A CONFIRMATION with a different photo of a dog. All I can do is wait and see what arrives. It's been a challenge because after losing my little baby girl, I didn't need all this trouble.
