I received my key chain but not with the message I ordered

The company keeps sending confirmation of my purchase but with a different dog in the photo. I wrote to them about 7 times and got a response that my dog would be on the pillowcase BUT THEY SENT A CONFIRMATION with a different photo of a dog. All I can do is wait and see what arrives. It's been a challenge because after losing my little baby girl, I didn't need all this trouble.

I placed an order but my exact order didn't appear in the order review. I've had to contact customer service to be sure I'm getting what I thought I ordered.

Love the products offered.and, the prices were affordable for most people.

I couldn’t confirm the picture that was selected will be in the pillow The end payment screen shows the generic picture of the lady not my selection of our dog

While I am really looking forward to receiving my personalized ‘sleeping Angel keychain’ I was a bit disappointed I couldn’t order more than one breed of dog in the same order (I have six pets that I would have liked to have gotten keychains for them all) However, the way the order process works it forces you to make separate orders and pay for them separately. It was very annoying especially to have to pay shipping repeatedly . Having to do ordering repeatly rather than just add to my current order was annoying enough to discourage me from buying 4 others. You lost out on those sales.
