Feature rich. Lots of robust elements to help any growing call center or telemarketing division. Without a deep expertise in Call Center software many of the features and their mechanics come off as extremely technical and complex. However, the onboarding team does a fantastic job (Douglas Ortega - sensational Implementation Manager). Took a while to get the momentum going after signing the contract, but since then we've gained significant ground and were able to stand up our solution within 9 weeks. We find the overall Convoso experience to be pleasant and effective. Our teams are stoked to use the tool. It has allowed for greater expansion of the business at a much faster clip. We are very pleased with our decision to go with Convoso

We have used Convoso as our Call Center solution for many years and have always liked their support team, and their software. We would not consider leaving them for anyone else.
