ConvosoReviews of convoso.com

The company is doing great, easy to use and keep track of calls and pull recordings for training purposes. Communication with account reps is great and useful for any troubleshooting needs

Convoso is very user friendly and easy to learn how to use. The tutorials are very much appreciated.

Convoso’s project management team, especially Drake Larson, Virgilio Beltran, and Caitlyn Harris, has been phenomenal. They guided me every step of the way, ensuring a seamless implementation process. Their attention to detail and expertise made the transition effortless. Our company growth has been exponential because of their team and software. Highly recommend!

Great customer service, great overall production with this company.

Convoso is “Best of Breed” when it comes to call center technology and people. Truly one of the top companies I’ve had the privilege to work with. We have worked with them for 3+ years after stints with many of their competitors and there is no contest. Hands down the best. We have experienced, to my knowledge, very little if any downtime with the tech. Our agents love the interface and we love the efficiency. They have a great team and take care of their clients. I highly recommend.

Great product...especially for working through a bulk of data with a smaller staff. We can't wait to see what a bigger team can do with it!

Convoso is perfect for lead management. Allows you to easily organize lists and workflow automation. The agent monitor page is one of the best features to be able to view what agents are doing, help guide them through live calls, and send broadcast messages to the whole team. Their customer service team always responds quickly and they are very knowledgeable and helpful.

Very easy for our end users to use. Setup is complicated but onec you get going it's all good. Downside is that there are lots of bugs. We get duplicate numbers when replacing numbers, and more than 50% of replaced numbers come back as spam already.
