My experience with Convoसो Dialer was very disappointing. I spoke with a representative named Ryan who was rude, unprofessional, and kept interrupting me whenever I tried to ask questions. I simply wanted to understand the pricing and features for my call center with over 200 agents, but he refused to provide any pricing information and insisted on doing an internet test before discussing anything. Instead of trying to understand my business needs, he acted arrogantly and repeatedly implied that if I was looking for affordable options, Convoसो was not for me. It felt like he was trying to push me away rather than help a potential customer. Based on this experience, I would not recommend dealing with Convoसो Dialer or Ryan. We’ve had a strong overall experience using ConvoSo as our dialer platform. Consistently been available to assist with any questions or concerns, and they do a great job of resolving issues quickly and efficiently. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is a top priority, and that level of support truly makes a difference.
