I recently opened an account with Convera, and had an overwhelmingly positive experience. I needed my account set up very quickly as I wanted to lock in a hedge before the US election. The person I was dealing with (Harish) went way above and beyond, including working throughout his vacation to meet the deadline. The whole process I was kept up to date, and things were super fast-tracked. Extremely customer centric and a pleasure to deal with. Could not recommend them more.
