Outstanding customer service. I do a moderate amount of foreign currency exchanges. While there are discount brokers out there that have slightly better rates, Convera's dependability and customer service make them my only choice.

We have been using Convera more than 10 years, started with Western Union. Really good reliable service from them! Very trustworthy company to handle large amount of money for us. We tried other companies before, in the end Convera is the only one we are still using as a long lasting partner. Highly recommend!

My dealings are with Steven, and he is very on the ball, keeps me up to date with the market so that I know when to buy dollars if I need to. I have dealt with him for many years and would not move as he is professional and the service we are given as a company is worth its weight in gold. Purchases of money are made promptly along with paying of suppliers. 5 star service.
