Thanks for sharing your feedback — and we’re sorry the books weren’t what you expected when they arrived. One important clarification: Contractor Training Center (CTC) does not publish these books and we don’t control the trim size, font size, or layout. Those details are set by the publisher, and we receive the materials in the format they produce. We also want to be clear that we were not trying to mislead anyone. Photographing books can make it difficult to accurately convey true scale without a reference point, and we understand how the image may have suggested a different size. We appreciate you pointing this out, and we’re reviewing the product page to make the physical dimensions clearer so customers know exactly what they’re ordering. Regarding shipping, the cost is based on carrier rates and required packaging/tracking, but we understand how it can feel disproportionate when the books are smaller than expected. We appreciate the review and the opportunity to improve the listing clarity going forward.

Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We’re glad to hear the website made it easy to select your webinar and that the instructions to join were clear, but we’re truly sorry the course delivery didn’t meet your expectations. Our goal is for every continuing education class to stay focused on the advertised topics—HR, customer service, and labor laws—and to be taught in a professional, respectful way. While our instructors may use real-world examples to make the material more relatable, we apologize that the examples and personal stories used in this session felt excessive or off-topic and took away from your learning experience. That’s not the experience we want for our students, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention. We’re reviewing your comments internally and will be addressing them directly with the instructor to ensure future sessions remain aligned with the course outline and maintain the appropriate tone and focus. If you’re open to it, we’d appreciate the chance to make this right—please contact us at [email protected] so our team can help.
