Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback — we’re sorry to hear how frustrating this felt. For clarity, we reviewed the recorded call. During that conversation, our representative explained there are two different exam paths with different required references: Residential only vs. Unlimited Commercial & Residential. You were asked which route you wanted to pursue, and you confirmed Unlimited Commercial & Residential. The books and study materials that were ordered were based on that selection. We also want to note that, as stated in our policy, all book items are final sale. That said, we still wanted to help you move forward once you indicated you may be switching directions. To support you, we offered to switch your course at no extra charge and provide the one additional book needed for the Residential trade route at a significant discount—so you would effectively have two exam-prep options for the price of one.
