We do want to clarify that container placement instructions are included with the order at checkout so the driver has direction on how the container is intended to be placed upon delivery. While scheduling can sometimes shift based on logistics and routing, placement instructions are not left to guesswork. Please email the details, including your name, delivery information, and the best way to reach you, to [email protected] so our team can review this directly and help get it addressed as quickly as possible.gen Contaiers do not come with keys Unless you bought a modified cotaier like office, cabin, house, etc. We will resolve asap if this hasnt already been resolved

Thank you for your feedback, Martin, and thank you again for your repeat business. We’re glad to hear the ordering process was easy and that delivery went well. The containers purchased were 40ft High Cube Wind and Water Tight units, which are intended to be structurally sound and protected against water intrusion, but can still show cosmetic wear such as rust from prior use. We appreciate you noting that the containers are not leaking, and if you do begin to see any water intrusion or related issue, please reach out to us directly so our team can review it with you under the warranty coverage.
