Terrible Delivery Experience... The Container arrived exactly as advertised. Condition and quality of the container was great! The delivery company you chose was not properly equipped to deliver the container to my property, nor where I had marked out. The driver agreed to place the container and where I requested. However, the devilry driver could NOT complete our transaction. His "trailer was not properly equipped to unload the container. He unstrapped the container, and aggressively backed his equipment near where the Box was to be placed, and then slammed on the breaks of his truck to attempt get the box to slide off. He tried this several times, and in two different places on my property with NO SUCCESS. I even tried to assist with using my tractor that was on site with no success. I then had to call a towing company out to my property to remove the container from the delivery vehicle, and place where I wanted. This process took over 3 hours. After container was placed, I then had to PAY THE TOWING COMPANY MYSELF to complete OUR transaction. This wasn't the first container I had purchased from CONTAINER ONE, but it was a terrible experience. I have already sent and email to Nina about this. Unfortunately, I have not been contacted by anyone from Container One. Disappointed

After I waited for several weeks to get the container, the driver flipped it on its side. I called customer service and they said they would send me a link to the claims department. No link sent. I had to have a backhoe come and set the container upright. The container itself was in great shape.

Did not forward my container keys to me as requested. I am still waiting for them, 6.5 months after the delivery. William R Johnson, LTC (RET)

When I ordered the container, I was told it would be 3 - 5 days for delivery. It actually took almost a month to get this. I realize weather was a factor but not to the extent it it taking that long. The container itself is great. The delivery guy put it exactly where we wanted it.

Delivery issue container was delivered a month after promised

I recently left a review but heard nothing so I will try again. It took several times to schedule delivery and I was lied to multiple times each day that we tried to schedule. The container was in much worse shape than described and I threw my back out trying to open it and close it. After applying a lot of lubricants the doors are still very difficult to deal with and I am not sure what will fix it. I am giving a 2 rating because at least it doesn’t leak yet. I have advised all my neighbors who have asked to be very careful who they purchase a container from. I had a horrible experience. I have not Google reviewed so far because am waiting to see if you care to make any of this better or even explain why no one seems to care. My plan is September leave a Google review.

I ordered this container on June 3 and it was delivered on July 22 at a great inconvenience to several people. We did have one rain delay but only for 3-4 days. Your staff is very non-communicative.

Container quality was good, but your company sent the same driver that stole >$1300 from me, despite my request to have a different person to deliver my third container. Your driver tried to illicit more money from my mother when he did the delivery, thankfully no more money was stolen from my family. Mike, your current driver for my area, needs to be reprimanded for his illegal selling of containers to undercut your company and avoid paying taxes. If I am unable to get my money back from Mike I plan to file a report with the IRS for tax evasion and fraud.
