I was unhappy to see that the price went up so much on my contacts. They are an old brand. It was $10 more per box, so that wasn't good. Otherwise they were sent quickly.

HI Bethany. Thank you for ordering with Contact Lens King. I apologize for the price increase since your previous order over a year ago. As an authorized retailer we are required to be in compliance with all manufacturers pricing. Unfortunately, they have increased their rates which required us to do the same. We appreciate your business and look forward to serving you in the future.

I have ordered from lens.com but I recently tried Contact Lens King and was thrilled by the product and price I got. It was half of the competitors cost. Arrived very quickly.

Lowest-priced contacts I could find, but I don't appreciate the deceptive marketing practices. I ordered 6 boxes of Acuvue Moist contacts which were advertised as $19.95 per box, totaling $119.70. When I went to check out, there was a $126.48 "processing fee." How is it that the "processing fee" actually cost more than my 6 boxes of contacts? This, in turn, made my contacts cost $41.03 per box, not the advertised $19.95 per box (not including an extra $12.95 for shipping).

HI Lauren. Thank you for ordering with Contact Lens King. I apologize for your frustration regarding the processing fee. We are upfront and transparent about the processing fee before the check out process. On the product page under the cost of the item it states: this item is on sale and not eligible for any coupons, a processing fee will apply. When you click on the read more a popup will display explaining the fee and showing the price per box. The processing fee is an industry standard that is associated with the sales cost of the item and is priced per box. Once the items are added to the cart you will see the charges broken out and will have another opportunity to read about the fee. We appreciate your business and look forward to serving you in the the future.
