The tacked on "processing fee" at the end it classic bait and switch. Just charge the price you advertise. Lame.

All shipping rates are a flat fee from the carrier that is based on multiple factors such as: fuel, zone, weight, taxes, and freight related charges. The prices and promotions were great, and when I realized that the wrong prescription had been entered ( optometrist made a mistake) I reached out by email later the same day, and they responded the next morning having fixed the mistake and processed the order. Very happy with the customer service.
